In the interests of the environment, we are reviewing our systematic "ready-to-offer" concept and are gradually phasing out pouches as the default packaging. Too many are thrown away or remain in the bottom drawer... But don't panic, they're still available as an option so you can continue to make beautiful gifts! It's up to you to decide whether it's essential or not, depending on the occasion!
How to use the E-gift card?
You want to offer lingerie but you can't decide?Choose the Atelier Amour e-gift card! A large choice of lingerie will satisfy your desires.
Available amounts : 50€, 75€, 100€ , 150 or 200€.
Once the gift card is bought, you will receive an email with a unique code that you will be able to share with the person to whom you wish to offer it. This card will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 3 steps to use the card:
1- Do your shopping on our e-shop, select one or more products
2- Once finished, go to your cart
3- Enter the unique code received by email
The amount of the gift card will be automatically deducted from your total amount. All you have to do is enjoy your gift!
The delivery
What are the prices of the delivery ?
Atelier Amour offers 3 delivery methods for France and DHL for the rest of the world:Colissimo with signature of the Post Office: 8€. (French post office)
Chronopost 13 : 16€ (French post office)
Chronopost 18 : 14€ (French post office)
DHL : between 15 and 25€ depending on the country
Free delivery with Colissimo for 85€ of purchase in France and for 200€ of purchase abroad.
What are the delivery times?
We process and prepare the packages from Monday to Friday. To Metropolitan France, we offer 3 modes of delivery:Colissimo with signature of the Post office : Delivery in letter box against signature under 2 to 3 working days
Chronopost 13 : Express delivery against signature the next morning before 1pm for any order placed before 3pm
Chronopost 18 : Express delivery against signature the next day for any order placed before 3pm
For the rest of the world:
DHL : Delivery takes between 3 and 5 days depending on the country
Returns & Refunds
Returns process

You have 30 days (14 days during sales periods) following the product order to return it.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return.
Instructions for your return:
1. Choose the reason for your return: size exchange or refund
2. Carefully place each product in its respective pouch and/or box. Please ensure that each product is in its corresponding box. Please ensure that the boxes are protected during transport.
We would like to remind you that: returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be remarketed as new, accompanied by the delivery note or purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.
Returns are generally processed within 8 to 10 working days.
Refunds
Only the amount of the order is refunded, the return costs are charged to the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products you return.
